Tutorial Intro

The online document is built up to provide an user-friendly SOP for CHoRUS Data Acquisiition module. The SOP will provide detailed instructions in:

  • OMOP Mapping -
  • Data Collection
  • Data Quality Assessment
  • Data Serving

All documents will be edited and reviewed by CHoRUS Data Acquisition team.
